FAQ and Hours 

Is this for me? 

Yes! If your student going into 1st through 6th grade.
Yes! If your student is ready to develop a FUN foundation for lifelong music learning making!

Yes! If you have a curiosity and want to develop familiarity with instrument fundamentals, notation and collaborative PLAY!

What Should I Bring?

Bring: 
- lunch from home
- warm layer (jacket/sweatshirt) 
- medical form (if needed) 
- choice of snacks (fruit & cereals provided) 
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- blanket and/or towel for sitting on grass
- Bring and instrument from home
- Be familiar with the songs ahead of time (see Ozzy's Youtube or listen to recordings) 

Ozzy Provides: 

- Bulk Fruit, cereal & Crackers for snacks
- yoga ball
-instruments
- sun canopy and sun tent for taking breaks
- sunscreen for anyone needing

Where will this be held? 

Summer camps will be held Ozzy's Music Academy at Trinity Lutheran at 1323 Central Avenue with instruments, games, and electronic musical equipment.

Students will walk to Franklin or Gene Sweeny Parks for lunch and Play breaks

What safety precautions are taken? 

- Disinfecting instruments, hand sanitizing, and masks optional

What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy? 

What if I cancel at least 30 Days in Advance? 
For cancellation requests received more than 30 calendar days before camp start will be returned 
What If I cancel 14 Days in Advance? 
For cancellations received more than 10 business days prior to the first day of camp, Ozzy’s Music Academy will forward your balance to other camps or classes. No refunds for this time period are available. 
What If I cancel the Week Before Camp Starts?
There will be no refunds given less than 5 business days prior to the start of camp. If a camper develops an illness or injury after the refund date has passed, a signed note from a physician stating that the camper is unable to attend must be provided to receive a refund, less the 20% deposit.
What if Ozzy's Academy has to cancel due to Government COVID restrictions?
If CA Government orders a shelter-in-place order, full camp refunds will be given/offered
What if a participating Family reports covid exposure or tests positive? 
Following CA Dept. of Health Guidelines, students should attend camp if showing no symptoms. At the beginning of any symptoms, students should stay home until they have a negative test result. 
What if there is a Covid Outbreak at Camp?
If campers have confirmed cases, families will be notified and prorated refunds will be issued for any campers chosing to forego the remainder of the camp.
